We're seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to join our Health & Safety team as Manager, H&S Strategy, Risk and Systems. This role is key to shaping the future of health and safety across the business, ensuring our systems, risk frameworks, and strategic initiatives are aligned and effective.
- You'll be responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide health and safety risk, supporting business units in managing their operational risks, and ensuring these efforts aggregate into a cohesive and mature risk profile.
- You'll also lead the development and continuous improvement of our HSE management system—both in structure and digital application—ensuring it remains user-friendly, certified, and fit for purpose.
- Supporting the uplift of our digital platform (Protecht), helping to embed structured risk management practices across the business.
- Monitoring the execution of our H&S strategy, identifying future priorities, and benchmarking best practices from across the industry.
