Risk Management and Governance Lead

Lead and manage an Audit and Risk Team, driving business improvement through the embedding of risk management frameworks.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for leading, managing and delivering a risk management program through enterprise risk management, fraud prevention, audit and risk committee, audit program, compliance and business continuity.
- Provide leadership in areas of integrity, risk and resilience
- Identify and analyse business risks and develop risk controls
- Develop, implement and review business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Deliver a business improvement program to support improvements to service quality
- Oversee an insurance program
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, performance management and professional development
The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications and several years of achievement in public sector governance, business management, quality assurance and/or risk management.
