About the Opportunity

This is a key opportunity to contribute to the growth of Prezzee, a leading company in Australia, as a Scrum Master.

Prezzee is experiencing rapid expansion and is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join its team. In this role, you will work closely with other Scrum Masters to coach self-organizing teams in solving complex problems and delivering product enhancements.

The Job Description:
  • Coaching Teams: Coaching teams to understand product goals and scope;
  • Maintaining the Product Backlog: Maintaining a healthy product backlog with the Product Owner;
  • Facilitating Scrum Events: Facilitating Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, planning, review, and retrospective;
  • Supporting Continuous Improvement: Facilitating backlog refinement, sprint showcases, quarterly roadmap planning, and reviews with delivery teams.
The Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master; Applied knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, and Extreme Programming;
  • Cross-Collaboration Skills: Experience in coaching teams in self-organization, cross-collaboration, and identifying impediments to progress;
  • Approachability and Adaptability: Ability to adopt and explain approaches from various complementary practices and methodologies;
  • Software Development Knowledge: Knowledge of software development processes and procedures;
  • Continuous Learning: Proven application of Continuous Testing, TDD, Automated Testing, and Agile Games;
  • Team Player: A passion for teamwork, customer-centricity, and positive thinking.
