Your Team

The Campaign and Offers Team creates offers for the right member and delivers them through the most effective channel. We're passionate about achieving great outcomes for customers, whether Members, Partners, or Agencies and Brands.

As a Delivery specialist, you'll bring the voice of our customers into every conversation, working collaboratively across all areas of the business. We take pride in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.

Your Role

The Squad Delivery Specialist has accountability for the technical delivery of the reimagine squad, including 1:1 comms, offer orchestration, and custom campaign products. You'll also lead the engagement and wellbeing of the people and technical teams that make delivery possible.

The key areas of accountability in this role are:

  • Leadership:

You'll coach and manage the performance and career development of a senior business analyst and lead a squad to deliver on a transformative project within the business.

  • Engagement:

In partnership with the Head of Personalization & Engagement and the Product Owner(s), you'll define team objectives to ensure everyone understands how their efforts contribute to attaining the organisation's strategy and objectives.

  • Delivery, Customer, and Speed-to-Market:

You'll deliver a roadmap of initiatives with the product owner(s) that enable features for customers, confirming prioritisation, plans, and progress are well understood by stakeholders and aligned through OKRs.

You'll uplift the engineering and delivery competencies to significantly improve speed-to-market and momentum. Align to chapter-defined practices, governance-defined processes, and architecture-defined technology strategy.

  • Stakeholder Management:

In partnership with the Head of Personalization & Engagement, you'll work with relevant Product Owner(s) to influence product roadmaps and ensure a combined product and technology roadmap is delivered, with plans and progress well understood by stakeholders.

You'll build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and integration teams to ensure delivery is smooth and customer-centric.

  • Technical and Operational Excellence:

You'll lead, grow, and manage teams to deliver and support high-quality solutions that meet or exceed system health metrics, including security, performance, and quality metrics.

You'll manage budgets and commercials and 3rd parties, ensuring Finance reports that obligations are completed on time.

  • Knowledge Sharing and Subject Matter Expertise:

You'll stay across changes in the campaign industry or relevant professions, ensuring colleagues feedback they're learning and enthused by your expertise.

You'll provide thought leadership regarding delivery, seen through innovations and improvements you bring.

Your Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of information technology and technology trends and issues.
  • Sound knowledge of how information and technology contribute to business performance.
  • Experience leading a transformative squad.
  • Excellent knowledge/experience in the application of agile and lean approaches.
  • Experience in program management or project management, with the ability to manage several initiatives concurrently.
  • Demonstrated team leadership capabilities, including fostering productive team dynamics, engaging and enabling teams, and coaching for performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management, planning, organisation, decision-making, and time management skills.
  • High-level flexibility with a strong ability to lead others successfully through cultural, process, system, and transformational change.
  • Experience partnering with Product teams to influence direction and experience in the campaign and offers space.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 p.a., based on experience and qualifications.
