Job Description:
Talent International is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead the adoption of agile methodologies across our organisation.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding teams in the implementation of Scrum and Jira workflows, ensuring seamless project delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily stand-up meetings, iteration/sprint planning, sprint demonstrations and retrospectives to ensure teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
- Develop and maintain delivery artefacts, such as Product/Sprint backlogs, Jira Features and Stories, Definition of Done, estimation etc., to meet agreed quality standards.
- Analyse, improve and document systems and processes with delivery teams to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams on agile techniques and fine-tuning their approach to ensure strategic objectives are met.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience as a Scrum Master within the ICT sector and Public Sector.
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile coach or similar role with demonstrated outcomes, including successful adoption and improvement of delivery techniques, adapting to hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone for different audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to research, learn and leverage existing and new tools to support ongoing process improvements.
- Demonstrated capability in leading, educating and coaching delivery teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of changes.
