We are seeking a professional Regional Business Coordinator to join our organization in Queensland, Australia.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on achieving meaningful results and providing exceptional customer service. As a Regional Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for regional planning, organization, and administration of multiple sites within the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to all sites and services within the region
- Maintain regional site administration, including diary management, incident management, vehicle maintenance, and other duties
- Travel throughout the region as required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Exceptional customer service and time management skills
- The ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
