We are currently seeking a talented Claims Professional to join our team.

This role will involve providing superior and professional claims service to customers and stakeholders, while utilising the services of external providers to manage and administer new claims.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and administering new claims, including liaising with customers, repairers/suppliers and other parties
  • Undertaking technical claims administration, including gathering information, claims determination, preparing correspondence, calculating settlements and processing payments
  • Assisting in the preparation, monitoring and analysis of claims data as required
  • Identifying and pursuing all opportunities for recovery
  • Maintaining good rapport with internal and external customers and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong decision-making abilities, and the ability to work well within a team and unsupervised.

Prior experience in end-to-end motor and/or property claims is highly desirable, as is knowledge of recoveries processes and understanding of covers and policy wordings.
