Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring high-quality dispute resolution processes are in place to maximize member satisfaction. The Quality & Assurance Lead works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of dispute resolution processes. This includes assessing third-party frameworks and practices against legislative obligations, analyzing complaints to identify recurring issues, and contributing to education and training programs.

Duties include:

  • Assessing and evaluating third-party dispute resolution frameworks and practices against key legislative and regulatory obligations.
  • Analyzing complaints to identify recurring and systemic issues.
  • Developing recommendations to address identified gaps and issues.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with internal staff and external third parties.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in superannuation, regulation, and legislation knowledge, and/or understanding.
  • RG146 compliant or willingness to obtain accreditation.
  • Experience in dispute resolution and complex complaint management.
  • Data analyst experience beneficial.
