We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume the role of Academic Leader at our institution.
College Overview:Our educational establishment is a Public Private Partnership school situated in the Hunt Club Estate, adjacent to Cranbourne East Primary School and Marnebek School. Our student population has experienced rapid growth, with over 2150 students enrolled in year 7-12.
Our college fosters a strong sense of community through various initiatives including house culture, student voice and agency, attendance and connectedness, transitions, Positive Education, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Support teachers in evaluating the impact of teaching programs on student learning outcomes.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where necessary.
The successful candidate will drive instructional excellence, promoting consistency across learning areas and year levels. They will collaborate closely with sub-school leaders and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
Selection Criteria:- SC1: Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design and implementation.
- SC2: Proven ability to lead and manage high-impact teaching strategies.
- SC3: Exemplary ability to monitor and evaluate student learning.
