The School of Education seeks a dynamic leader to spearhead its Learning and Teaching strategy. The successful candidate will drive academic excellence, foster a culture of innovation, and contribute to the University's strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Teaching strategy that aligns with University priorities and enhances student learning outcomes.
- Oversee curriculum quality, course development, and academic staff performance to ensure teaching excellence.
- Provide guidance and support to academic staff to enhance their teaching capabilities, retention rates, and student satisfaction.
- Collaborate with University leadership to shape the School's vision and contribute to strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A PhD (or equivalent) with a strong track record in teaching and learning, combined with exceptional leadership and team development skills.
- Expertise in current learning and teaching trends, including digital technologies, and the ability to build strong internal and external collaborations to support the school's goals.
