  • Key Responsibilities:

    2. Oversee project scope, cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance to ensure optimal project outcomes.">
    3. Manage HSE performance and compliance across the Benalla facility.">
    4. Lead and coach the management team to implement Safety and Environmental Management Systems.">
    5. Develop and maintain communication plans for HSE activities.">

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • ">
    • A strong background in production, construction, and manufacturing environments.">
    • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001, ISO14001).">
    • In-depth knowledge of MHF legislation, OHS & Dangerous Goods legislation, and Safety Management Systems.">
    • Experience in managing people, achieving outcomes, and meeting contractual obligations and stakeholder expectations.">
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence across all levels of the organization.">
