The ideal candidate will be a seasoned safety professional with extensive knowledge of risk and incident management practices. They should possess excellent collaboration skills and be able to provide practical solutions that make a real impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert HSE advice and guidance to various teams within the organisation
- Driving organisational improvement initiatives focused on enhancing HSE culture and behaviours
- Delivering targeted improvements in HSE systems and processes aligned with business objectives
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as HSE or a related discipline
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar industry with a comparable level of risk and exposure
- Demonstrated success in implementing effective HSE solutions within an operational environment
