This role is responsible for managing complex insurance enquiries and escalations, reviewing and updating business rules, identifying process improvements, and implementing changes.
A key aspect of this position is supporting the implementation of product and pricing changes, as well as assisting with insurance-related breaches and incidents.
Requirements- At least five years' experience in an insurance role, preferably with superannuation or insurance administration expertise.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proofreading, spelling, and English grammar.
- A well-developed sense of initiative and ability to work diligently and efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
