Job Title: Insurance Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced insurance operations coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and technical support to colleagues and clients in all aspects of insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support colleagues and clients with policy administration and documentation across the insurance life cycle.
  • Drive standardisation of processes and procedures, ensuring legally compliant work is delivered to clients.
  • Enter accurate information into applications, enabling analytical statistics delivery.
  • Assist in upskilling non-client facing operations colleagues with additional product and client knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills, with a proven track record of providing high-level customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain clear lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an insurance-related field.
  • Minimum Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking Licence.
