We are seeking an Insurance Adviser to provide expert advice on home and general insurance needs.
- Responsibilities:
- Respond to client enquiries via phone and email, providing quotes and selling policies for a range of insurance products.
- Participate in a roster to ensure national phone coverage during operating hours.
- Prepare written responses on insurance matters, complete follow-up tasks and reviews, and manage existing policies and sales activities within required time frames.
- Contribute to improving business operations by participating in agreed projects and setting team goals and work practices.
- Promote the benefits of DSH Insurance and provide support to the Senior Insurance Adviser/management as required.

- Proven experience in providing expert advice on home and general insurance needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
