
Senior Client Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across various sectors.
Your primary goal will be to acquire and retain business from new and existing clients, leveraging your exceptional sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute business plans to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Promote PIMCO's product offerings to key stakeholders and facilitate partnerships.
You will work closely with senior investment professionals to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of each client. Your technical knowledge and understanding of investment concepts will enable you to effectively communicate complex ideas and build trust with clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex sales environments. You should have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate agreements that meet client needs.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand client relationships and increase revenue.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Requirements- 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional results.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of investment concepts, economics, and capital markets.
