Job Title: Client Partnership Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of co-manufacturing clients. This role involves owning customer relationships, ensuring seamless project delivery, and collaborating with various teams to bring products to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of co-manufacturing clients to achieve business growth
- Owning customer relationships and ensuring timely project delivery
- Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance teams
- Run weekly project meetings and follow up on actions
- Lead conversations, problem-solve on the fly, and influence outcomes
- Develop strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Be commercially savvy and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
About You:
You are confident, agile, and thrive in environments with low structure and high pace. You might come from a smaller FMCG or manufacturing business where you've had to wear multiple hats, and you enjoy taking ownership from end to end. You have strong commercial acumen, can think on your feet, and operate effectively without a playbook.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need project or account management experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain. You should be comfortable managing complexity and driving results independently. Your ability to operate with minimal guidance, navigate ambiguity, and drive results through influence is essential.
