Job Opportunity: Client Success Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to collaborate with our esteemed partners, fostering a collaborative environment that drives continuous improvement. Your expertise in customer advocacy and engagement will be instrumental in enhancing the value proposition of our partners' products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strategic relationships with partner leadership to facilitate collaboration and growth.
  • Guide partners through certification programs to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Provide comprehensive training on WalkMe delivery and client success processes.
  • Monitor and support partners in client engagements to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics, including client satisfaction and time-to-delivery.
  • Manage risk and coordinate issue escalation to maintain optimal partnership dynamics.
  • Collaborate with global peers to enhance the overall partner program experience.
  • Stay abreast of our product roadmap to provide informed guidance on partner service delivery strategies.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as account management or post-sales relationship management, working with Fortune 100 companies and their executives.
  • A proven track record of maintaining a portfolio of strategic customer or partner accounts.
  • Competency in sales discovery methodologies and ability to articulate value propositions and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to work from the office at least 3 times per week.
