Senior Manager Road Performance Optimisation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Road Performance Optimisation to join our team at Transurban. As a key member of our Optimisation team, you will play a critical role in driving performance enhancements across the enterprise.
As the Senior Manager Road Performance Optimisation, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Performance Optimisation and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives that drive revenue maximisation, cost optimisation, risk mitigation, and process efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Engage with senior stakeholders to discuss and evaluate the feasibility and viability of identified opportunities
- Maintain and improve a repository of optimisation opportunities and design, deliver, and evaluate optimisation programs
- Provide expertise in commercial evaluation for feasibility and viability assessments
- Support the Head of ROAD Performance Optimisation in strategic planning for the ROAD function and reviewing team operating rhythms and ways of working to enhance communication and team cohesion
- Foster a high-performing team culture by encouraging continuous learning, maintaining knowledge archives, and ensuring adherence to Transurban's Code of Conduct
- Demonstrated track record in developing, managing, and implementing transformation programs to identify and realise improvement opportunities in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven ability to build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced analytical and synthesis skills with ability to communicate both in written and verbal form to senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to independently deliver programs/streams of work, planning and executing effectively
- Strong understanding of finance and commercial considerations
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications Engineering/Economics/Commerce/Business Management/Law
