Talent Acquisition Specialist
Overview:We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions for our client.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with stakeholders to design and implement tailored recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse candidates using proactive sourcing techniques
- Support the uplift of hiring manager capability in inclusive recruitment and candidate engagement
- Proven experience in white-collar recruitment, ideally within government or NFP
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence
- Proficiency in ATS systems and ability to leverage technology to enhance recruitment processes
- Resilience, initiative, and ability to work independently
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to challenge status quo when necessary
- A proactive, people-first approach that prioritizes candidate experience
