About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to partner with key business functions to source top talent for a dynamic organization. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join a team of professionals who are passionate about promoting employee value propositions and contributing to wider People and Culture initiatives.

The role requires partnering with stakeholders to develop rapport and understanding of customer groups' regions and portfolios; creating innovative solutions to attract exceptional talent through proactive sourcing, social media marketing campaigns, internal initiatives, and advertising; sharing market insights with the business to contribute to broader People and Culture initiatives; and coordinating and promoting assessment centres for bulk recruitment projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify and secure top talent for the organization.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies that include proactive sourcing, social media marketing campaigns, internal initiatives, and advertising.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to support business decisions and contribute to wider People and Culture initiatives.
  • Coordinate and promote assessment centres for bulk recruitment projects, ensuring seamless execution and excellent candidate experience.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in insurance or financial services sectors.
  • A creative approach to recruitment, including presenting actionable insights from data and market intelligence.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
  • Computer literacy and experience with applicant tracking systems and job advertising platforms.
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work with competing priorities and deadlines.
