Job Overview

This role plays a vital part in our recruitment team, responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment plans to attract target candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Manager (Campus) to design and implement recruitment campaigns for Associate roles.
  • Support proactive pipelining activities for the Associate cohort by identifying and developing potential candidates.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies throughout the recruitment cycle, leveraging data analysis and a data-driven approach.
  • Promote diversity recruiting initiatives and efforts within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment; background in professional services or campus recruitment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High integrity, reliability, trustworthiness, and strong ethical grounding.
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactive, adaptable, and able to take initiative.
  • Motivated and eager to learn, with a focus on continuous improvement and exceeding expectations.
