We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

At dentsu, we work together to help brands predict and plan for disruptive opportunities, creating new paths to growth in the sustainable economy. With global agencies like Carat, iProspect, Merkle and Dentsu Creative, we're designed for what's next.

This is a fixed-term 3-month contract role where you'll partner with hiring managers and HR to deliver seamless end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, and ensure candidates have an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across digital, media, and creative roles.
  • Build and maintain sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver timely, inclusive, and compliant recruitment.
  • Ensure every candidate walks away with a positive impression of our organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' recruitment experience (in-house, RPO, or agency).
  • Strong sourcing/headhunting skills across competitive markets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and candidate experience.
