This recruitment process establishes a pool of Lawyers to fill current and future vacancies.
The Position
As an Enforcement Lawyer, you contribute to investigations of suspected misconduct, obtaining enforcement outcomes. You'll participate in varied work. Specifically:
- Prepare and conduct enforcement action.
- Compile briefs and provide support to proceedings in State or Federal Courts.
- Work as part of multi-disciplinary enforcement teams.
- Engage in investigation planning and discussions about scope and strategy.
- Project manage matters and/or provide investigative support.
About the Work
You are inquisitive, have an analytical mindset and are comfortable working with complex information. You are proactive and outcome-driven, able to see how your work contributes to the bigger picture. With a consultative and collaborative style, you enjoy working as part of a large team.
Requirements
- Have legal qualifications and a current practicing certificate.
