**Job Overview**:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Local Laws Enforcement Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in enforcing local laws and regulations, providing exceptional customer service to the community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Enforce breaches related to local laws, animal management, and littering in accordance with council policies
  • Respond to enquiries from the public, businesses, and residents in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the community to achieve positive compliance outcomes and foster good relationships

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate IV Statutory Compliance or Diploma of Justice or similar qualification
  • Strong customer service focus with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Self-motivator with well-developed conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in enforcement or willingness to learn related regulatory fields
