Local Laws Enforcement Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Local Laws Enforcement Officer. This role involves investigating, enforcing, and prosecuting breaches of the Local Law, relevant Acts, and Legislation.

In this position, you will work closely with colleagues in the Branch while managing multiple stakeholders and effectively partnering to influence decision-making. You will be assigned an area, requiring a current Australian driver's license.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts. In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and enforce breaches of the Local Law, relevant Acts, and Legislation

Requirements:
