Key Roles:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Sales professional to fill this key role in Melbourne, AU.

This position will be responsible for addressing customer enquiries, managing sales processes, and promoting security products including alarm systems, CCTV, Intercoms, and Home Automation systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Address customer enquiries and manage sales process through to sales close.
  • Advise on the most appropriate security solution in accordance with the customer's requirements.
  • Prepare quotations and purchase orders for each new customer.
  • Promote security products and build strong technical skills around the security solutions and other adjacent products and services.
  • Conduct and manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring accuracy of sales quotations and orders.
  • Deliver service excellence in all interactions with customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints relating to the sales process, RMA, and payments.
  • Meet KPIs and customer service levels.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of security products and the general security industry.
  • Demonstrated sales closure ability.
  • Experience in achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Phone sales experience.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong technical thinking capabilities.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Well-developed communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving ability.
