Job Title: Cyber Security Architect

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Cyber Security Architect to join our organisation in Melbourne. As part of a large-scale cyber uplift program, you will play a crucial role in shaping the security architecture for this initiative.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within our Information Technology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex security requirements into practical, scalable solutions across IT, OT, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement security architecture for the cyber uplift program
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy secure solutions
  • Provide expert guidance on threat modelling, risk assessments, and security design reviews
  • Contribute to the development of a long-term security roadmap
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT/OT environments, preferably in utilities, mining, or telco sectors
  • Strong understanding of ISO27001 compliance
  • Proficiency in Identity Access Management
