Role Description

This is a casual on-site role for a Swim Instructor located in Maidstone, VIC. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for teaching swim lessons, ensuring student safety, and fostering a positive learning environment. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting swim classes, monitoring students' progress, and maintaining a safe and clean pool area.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Swim Instruction, Swimming, and Aquatics skills
  • Experience in conducting Swim Lessons and Lifeguarding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with children and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding are preferred
