Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across hospitals and healthcare settings in SA and NT. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in clinical sales within hospitals or healthcare environments, with experience in vascular access or PICC insertion being highly regarded.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse territory and achieving sales targets across a market-leading product range. They will develop and implement a territory plan aligned with growth and business objectives, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and stay across market trends, competitor activity, and clinical best practice.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders from clinicians to procurement and executive teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical validations.
  • Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and clinical best practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven success in clinical sales within hospitals or healthcare environments (essential).
  • Experience in vascular access or PICC insertion—highly regarded.
  • Clinical, nursing or healthcare background is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage a wide geographic territory.
  • Competency with CRM platforms and MS Office Suite.
