About the Role

This key support role is a central point of contact for tenants and stakeholders in our retail property management tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring administrative efficiency, coordinating compliance requirements, and providing high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including answering calls, handling queries, and managing mail distribution.
  • Maintain key property registers, including complaints, noise, and contact lists.
  • Ensure tenants comply with public liability insurance requirements.
  • Collect, input, and report on monthly tenant sales data.
  • Coordinate tenant storage and footpath dining licenses.
  • Assist with lease administration and documentation.
  • Draft clear and professional correspondence to tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Support compliance with operational policies and legislative requirements.
  • Administer liquor licensing processes in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operational tasks.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate retail, residential or mixed-use property environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to handle conflict situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Proficiency in drafting clear and articulate correspondence.
  • A solid understanding of property-related processes and terminology.
