We're seeking an accomplished Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers operational support to the General Manager, ensuring efficient performance and management of assets.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will implement customer-centric property services in accordance with the management agreement, assisting the broader team with tenant relationship management and implementing our tenant engagement plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the property administration team to ensure Voyager tenant records are accurate and audit-ready at all times.
  • Liaise with tenants and feed back to the team.
  • Assist Property Managers on inspections.
  • Work closely with the marketing team.
  • Facilitate the preparation, collation, and delivery of tenancy-related documentation to assist in the effective management of assets.
  • Work closely with the Property Managers to undertake lease renewals and assist with leasing activities.
  • Assist with monthly reports in accordance with the Service Agreement and timetable.
  • Prepare tenant maintenance forms, verify invoices, and issue tenant rent review letters.
  • Assist with annual audit processes for assigned assets.
Requirements:
  • Preferable to have either a Degree in Business or Property.
  • Lease administration experience desired.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Competent in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in an administrative capacity in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient communication skills (verbal and written) including report writing.
