
Property Services Coordinator

We're seeking an accomplished Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers operational support to the General Manager, ensuring efficient performance and management of assets.
About the Role:The successful candidate will implement customer-centric property services in accordance with the management agreement, assisting the broader team with tenant relationship management and implementing our tenant engagement plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the property administration team to ensure Voyager tenant records are accurate and audit-ready at all times.
- Liaise with tenants and feed back to the team.
- Assist Property Managers on inspections.
- Work closely with the marketing team.
- Facilitate the preparation, collation, and delivery of tenancy-related documentation to assist in the effective management of assets.
- Work closely with the Property Managers to undertake lease renewals and assist with leasing activities.
- Assist with monthly reports in accordance with the Service Agreement and timetable.
- Prepare tenant maintenance forms, verify invoices, and issue tenant rent review letters.
- Assist with annual audit processes for assigned assets.
- Preferable to have either a Degree in Business or Property.
- Lease administration experience desired.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Competent in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in an administrative capacity in a corporate environment.
- Proficient communication skills (verbal and written) including report writing.
