
Experience Driven Customer Champion

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.
You will be the first point of contact for customers who require assistance, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries.
With a strong focus on customer-centricity, you will work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate requests as needed.
Key responsibilities include managing inbound customer calls and tickets, leading customer interactions, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and product enhancements.
Additionally, you will be expected to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications- 6-12+ months experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
- Passionate about teamwork and willing to share knowledge and support others
- A problem solver who thinks fast and on their feet
- Adaptable and comfortable taking directions
- Familiar with following customer service workflows and procedures
- Able to manage change
- An aptitude for identifying and managing risks
