
Sales Growth Specialist

This key position will be based on the Sunshine Coast and involve regional travel to Cairns.
About the Role:
• Foster business growth through strategic relationships, exceptional service and tailored support
• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across pharmacy & Independent Grocery channels
• Achieve monthly sales and growth targets
• Develop and execute promotional plans with customers, ensuring adherence to agreed deliverables
• Regularly visit & manage customers to drive growth and maximise opportunity within a given geographical area.
• Develop strong customer engagement, brand advocacy and loyalty through collaboration
• Demonstrate knowledge of competitor activities, strategies, client objections, & local market characteristics.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in sales representation, territory or wholesale sales management preferably within pharmacy and/or Independent Grocery channels
• Strong communication skills, coaching and influencing retailers
• Passionate about building and nurturing customer relationships face-to-face
• Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships
• Motivated and resilient attitude towards goals
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence a positive outcome
• Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
