Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Valet Services: Offer professional valet services, including key collection and labeling, vehicle parking and retrieval
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about airport amenities and services
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and vehicle movements
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual Driver's Licence: A valid manual driver's licence and a clean driving record
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
