UX Researcher II

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UX Researcher II to contribute to our team's understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

The successful candidate will own and execute part of the UX research strategy for a business or product line, using observation techniques, interviews, task analysis, and other feedback methodologies to ensure our products are regularly tested with users.

  • Conduct research and analyze findings to provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions and objectives
  • Make connections between research findings and overall product strategy
  • Synthesize analytics, customer insight, and market data to inform research priorities
  • Track patterns in analytics data to identify trends in usage

As a key member of our UX team, you will work closely with product, design, development, and strategy teams to drive user-centred product innovation.

About the Role

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX research or a related field
  • Proven track record of conducting UX research and analyzing findings
