Performance Metrics Manager

We are seeking a seasoned performance metrics manager to lead our governance and decision-making processes.
This role involves overseeing performance monitoring, including integrated KPI reporting, tracking of portfolio benefits, and providing insightful analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage performance monitoring, including integrated KPI reporting and tracking of portfolio benefits.
- Develop and implement a capability program to measure attributes of processes, products, and services.
- Create a measurement framework aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze data and deliver insights to inform governance and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualification in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of technology industries is an advantage.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- Detailed understanding of SDLC / Agile / DevOps methodologies.
- Telco experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and service model development.
Bonus points for those with knowledge of IT service management frameworks and experience working in the telecommunications industry.
