Retirement Performance Expert

This is a permanent role within our new Retirement Domain, playing a pivotal part in developing and monitoring performance metrics for the Domain and retirement business roadmap. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to analyse and track performance against strategic goals, generating insights into opportunities to evolve measures over time.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and report the retirement metrics framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop performance metrics for the Retirement Domain, including reporting required to track and monitor retirement objectives.
- Analyse and track performance against strategic goals.
- Develop and implement new retirement measures.
Deep technical knowledge of retirement, experience using analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI, 3-5 years' experience in Financial Services, comprehensive knowledge of superannuation industry legislation, and background in data analytics.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to create purposeful reports with insights, recommendations, and actions, possessing strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
