**PMO and Governance Expert**

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering project management disciplines across multiple workstreams to support the Program Director in governing and coordinating the program.

About the Role

">

The Risk Metrics & Measurement Services Transformation Program is a newly established multi-year cloud adoption program that will transform the data, models and credit risk calculation systems that underpin our Stress testing, Credit Provisions, and Regulatory Capital services.

">

Key Responsibilities

">

- Develop a detailed PMO playbook that articulates 'ways of working' including decision making, escalation, governance processes and program controls; roles and responsibilities (RACI); resource on boarding processes, program cadence.
- Establish efficient processes to develop, manage and track the integrated program schedule, lead program-wide planning activities, ensuring activities and resources are clearly aligned to program scope.
- Produce meaningful PMO status reporting
- Identification/ resolution &/or escalation of key risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Establish best practice processes to manage scope, budget, resources, and benefits.
- Chair program working group / decision forums, prepare agendas, capture minutes and actions, coordinate populating of Steerco packs.
- Primary liaison for responding to queries from ANZ's project portfolio management office.
- Assist the Program Director in documenting compelling funding submissions.
- Maintain PPM - ANZ's core project portfolio management system for monthly updates to health indicators, status summary, risk and issues, key milestones, benefits, and finances.

For this role, we are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional who has delivered projects across multiple workstreams with a focus on risk metrics and measurement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

- Proven experience as a PMO expert on large-scale projects involving data sourcing and systems integration
- Proficient in supporting Agile delivery
- Extensive experience establishing and embedding PMO & project delivery processes, tools, and techniques for building an integrated schedule using best practice and upskilling SMEs in adoption of project delivery practices
- Deep understanding of end-to-end project delivery through the SDLC lifecycle with good experience in vendor management
- Mastery level of proficiency in use of MS Project, JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, confluence, and collaboration tools
- Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills
- Confident facilitator / meeting chair and effectively brings people together across multiple workstreams to negotiate aligned outcomes.
- Comfortable with uncertainty, can remain effective in ambiguous environments and work autonomously with minimal direction.
- Project Management Professional accreditation (e.g., SAFe, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PRINCE2)
