About the Role

This key leadership position oversees the performance of multiple retail sites within Melbourne.

Driving strategic and operational success, you'll lead high-performing teams and ensure consistent store standards.

Reporting to a Regional Director, this role requires balancing hands-on operational leadership with commercial acumen.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee 4–6 retail sites across Melbourne and surrounding areas
  • Lead Store Managers to achieve KPIs across sales, service, and compliance
  • Maintain high operational standards across all locations
  • Analyse store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning within the region
  • Manage budgets through rostering
  • Liaise between head office and frontline teams for strategic alignment
Requirements:
  • Must have a Degree
  • Proven experience in a management position in retail or FMCG environment
  • Strong people leadership and coaching skills including performance management
  • Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • A proactive approach to challenges
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across the region
