Base pay range

A$75,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, performance-driven digital agency that partners with some of Australia's most ambitious service-based and eCommerce brands. This is a rare opportunity for a sharp, strategic Digital Marketer who wants to step into a role with full campaign ownership, from strategy to execution, and real room to grow.

This is not your typical agency. No red tape. No layers of approval. Just a highly capable team, a strong client base, and a performance-first culture that rewards results over politics.

About the Role

You'll take the lead on marketing strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients, working closely with media buyers, creative specialists, and automation experts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing performance marketing campaigns end-to-end, from Google & Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage paid advertising across Google Ads and Meta Ads, focused on performance metrics and ROI
  • Oversee the creation of high-converting landing pages, funnels, and campaign assets
  • Implement and optimise CRM automations, email nurture sequences, and lead journeys
  • Own client relationships, lead strategy sessions, performance reviews, and campaign reporting
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns
  • Stay current with the latest platform changes and digital marketing trends

What We're Looking For

  • 1-4 years' experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid media
  • Confident managing both ads and broader funnel strategies (not just media buying)
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g. Go High Level or similar)
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics, CPL, CAC, ROAS, attribution
  • Agency experience preferred, or proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong communicator who's confident leading conversations and setting strategic direction
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, someone ready to step into more leadership
