Business Process Improvement Specialist

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key player in shaping business requirements and driving IT solutions, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to optimise processes and deliver insights that inform smarter decisions.

This role is part of our B2C Operations team in Melbourne, within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.
  • Support delivery teams by preparing work plans, roadmaps, and documentation.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Drive data analysis and insights to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Contribute to change management activities, assessing impacts and supporting adoption.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in digital, IT, or transformation projects, with the ability to turn business needs into practical solutions.
  • Solid understanding of requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and Agile ways of working.
  • Confidence working with data and technology (knowledge of tools like AWS, Azure, or BI/reporting platforms is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, people-first approach to problem solving.
  • A growth mindset – adaptable, curious, and open to learning new tools and approaches.
