Job Title: Process Improvement Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to undertake a desktop audit across all departments, identify pain points and inefficiencies, and facilitate workshops to produce end-to-end current state process maps. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience in training/coaching Business Process Improvement tools & Methodologies, and the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations to senior management.
- Pain Point Identification:
- Undertake a thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Workshop Facilitation:
- Facilitate workshops with staff to understand and document current state process maps
- Business Improvement Coaching:
- Coach and assist staff in Business Improvement tools, techniques and methodologies
- Process Governance:
- Assist with implementation of organisational process governance
- Software Procurement:
- Assist with software procurement processes if applicable and liaising with vendors / suppliers
- Program Development:
- Develop a program of work to capture, design and improve organisational processes
- Project Management:
- Assist with and in some instances, project manage and deliver key improvement opportunities as directed
