The Department of Health in Tasmania seeks a Strategic Culture Consultant to join their People and Culture team. This role will work collaboratively with Chief Executives, Executive teams, and senior leaders to drive continuous improvement across health services.
As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for connecting stakeholders and driving organisational performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing people-related solutions based on evidence and analysis of workforce data
- Building rapport and establishing productive relationships at senior levels within the organisation
- Advising and developing people-related strategies to support business objectives
You will work closely with experienced Leads in the Business Partnering team, tapping into a significant knowledge base and having a voice in planning and development. You will also have access to flexible work options, professional development opportunities, and wellbeing initiatives.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight. The salary range is $128,102 to $134,832 per annum, plus an 11.5% superannuation contribution. Flexible work options are available, and professional development opportunities are encouraged.
