As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for connecting stakeholders and driving organisational performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing people-related solutions based on evidence and analysis of workforce data
  • Building rapport and establishing productive relationships at senior levels within the organisation
  • Advising and developing people-related strategies to support business objectives

You will work closely with experienced Leads in the Business Partnering team, tapping into a significant knowledge base and having a voice in planning and development. You will also have access to flexible work options, professional development opportunities, and wellbeing initiatives.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight. The salary range is $128,102 to $134,832 per annum, plus an 11.5% superannuation contribution. Flexible work options are available, and professional development opportunities are encouraged.
