About the Job

We are looking for a motivated Stakeholder Engagement Consultant to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects spanning policy and regulation, strategic planning, infrastructure, and community and place-based strategies.

Your role will involve designing stakeholder and community engagement strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering digital and face-to-face engagement activities. You will also be responsible for setting up and managing online engagement tools, analyzing findings, and reporting on engagement outcomes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our wider team to contribute engagement and urban design input on strategic planning and other community benefit projects.

Key Qualifications
  • Total professional experience between 5 and 7 years, including at least 2 years' experience in stakeholder engagement.
  • Previous experience in a consulting role.
  • Experience with engagement management tools.
  • Project management or administrative experience.
