We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Facilitator to join our Culture, Talent and Wellbeing team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement across our Health services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance partnership working between our Chief Executives, Executive teams, and other senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address workforce development needs, ensuring effective change management strategies are in place.
  • Provide expert advice on people-related strategies, drawing on evidence and analysis of workforce data to inform decision-making.
  • BUILD RAPPORT WITH SENIOR LEADERS AND ESTABLISH PRODUCTIVE RELATIONSHIPS TO DRIVE ORGANISATIONAL PERFORMANCE.

**Requirements:**

  • Established professional with significant stakeholder and change management skills.
  • Ability to provide people-related solutions based on evidence and analysis of workforce data.
  • Experience building rapport and establishing productive relationships at senior levels of an organisation.
