  • Develop policy and provide implementation advice on law reforms, legislative changes, and emerging regulatory issues in consultation with senior managers.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Treasury and other government agencies, to support coordination and regulatory implementation. You will have a strong understanding of the Australian financial system and ASIC's regulatory functions.

You will be required to analyse, interpret and apply legislation, assess regulatory changes and develop clear, practical policy responses. You will need to draft legal and policy documents, including briefings, regulatory guidance and submissions.
