About the Role

We are seeking a highly-driven, self-motivated, Training Administrator to support the operation of critical Mission System Training Simulators (MCTS). Embedded within the Squadron, the Mission Systems Training Administrator will work closely with the key Squadron stakeholders to ensure seamless MCTS operations, enhancing operational readiness and contributing to the overall success of the L3Harris.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with squadron personnel to understand their training needs.
  • Conduct training sessions on the MCTS for airborne events.
  • Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the simulator.
  • Manage schedules to optimize MCTS utilization, ensuring alignment with Squadron training plans and required outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role and to best leverage the opportunities provided by L3Harris, some skills & experience ideal applicants will bring include;

  • Prior experience in aerospace or Defence industry.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance of complex systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Hold and maintain a PV Australian Defence Security Clearance.
  • Conversant with succinct brief writing and data presentation.
