About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Technical Training Administrator to join our team at Gallagher Bassett. As a key member of our Technical Training Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth administration of our internal and external training programs.

As a Technical Training Administrator, you will be responsible for managing training administration, including inboxes, enrolments, scheduling, invitations, and room management to facilitate training delivery. You will also be responsible for managing the administration relating to third-party vendor presentations, creating marketing collateral, and providing QA assistance on new materials created for adherence to brand guidelines.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining materials on the intranet and internet, assisting with general training queries from colleagues and external clients, and liaising with facilitators to distribute pre-and post-training materials. You will also be responsible for all facets of Learning Management System maintenance, including creating courses, loading materials, creating and managing users, registering attendance, and post-training surveys and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage training administration, including inboxes, enrolments, scheduling, invitations, and room management
  • Manage the administration relating to third-party vendor presentations
  • Create marketing collateral and provide QA assistance on new materials created for adherence to brand guidelines
  • Maintain materials on the intranet and internet
  • Assist with general training queries from colleagues and external clients
  • Liaise with facilitators to distribute pre-and post-training materials
  • Maintain the Learning Management System, including creating courses, loading materials, creating and managing users, registering attendance, and post-training surveys and reporting
