Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Event Manager to join our team at the Village Green Hotel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Manage and coordinate event sales, including designing and costing function packages
  • Establish and maintain a customer database to track sales and customer interactions
  • Prepare quotes and proposals to secure sales and meet customer needs
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless event execution
  • Update and maintain promotional materials, including online platforms

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and customer relationship management
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategic plans and goals
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
